Independence Day: Hit the Circuit this July in Provincetown

Just one month until all of the Independence day activities here in P-Town!  Our little village is a prime destination for those on the Circuit during the start of July.  Between the David Flowers Summer Camp and activities at the Crown & Anchor with Chris Ryan Productions, there won’t be a single day (night) of boredom here at the tip of Cape Cod!

The Crown and Anchor presents its traditional Circuit Independence Day flair for almost an entire week, July
1-6, 2013!  Each night features a different DJ for dancing and fun.  DJs will also be spinning tunes by the pool where four pool parties, hosted by Dallas Dubois, will be in full swing with a Find My Goods Party, and Hot Body Contest happening on two of the four party nights.  Other activities include:

  • Dallas Dubois will be presenting a special cabaret show Red, White and Bitter at the Crown Cabaret on July 3.
  • July 4 will feature an Andrew Christian Fashion Show at the Crown for your entertainment and future shopping wish-list!

Passes for the Crown & Anchor events are available online: choose between a week-long option, or a 3-night Flex-Pass that lets you choose which nights to attend.  Want to keep on top of all the activities happening at the Crown?  Download the Independence Provincetown App available for both the iPhone/iPad/iPod and for Android Platforms!

Also happening in early July is David Flowers Summer Camp, 2013!  This premier event has been a staple in Independence Day entertainment for more than 10 years, and is a “must” for anyone who enjoys Circuit events!  Tickets are available for this year’s Camp which includes:

  • The traditional Sunset Boat Cruise aboard the Provincetown II on July 3 features dancing and revelry on the top deck.  The four-story boat itself is the largest party boat along Cape Cod and can accommodate 1,000 people.
  • The annual Pier Dance on July 5 from 4-9pm on MacMillan Pier with all the flash and sound of an indoor nightclub!

Of course all this entertainment is fun, but it can also be loud and rowdy!  Want to mix in a little relaxation during your revelry?  Choose one of our member inns for a quiet escape each night, a great breakfast each morning, and the hospitality that you can only find from our handsome and charismatic innkeepers!  We welcome you to the celebration here in Provincetown!
